Adobe Reader: 4t Tray Minimizer features don't work

Problem description

The issue happens because Adobe Reader works in "Protected Mode". It runs the program in a "sandbox" with the restricted access to some system functions.

Solution

If you receive PDF documents from trusted sources only, you can turn off the Protected Mode:

1. Open Adobe Reader
2. Select Edit > Preferences in the main menu
3. Go to the Security (Enhanced) page
4. Deselect Enable Protected Mode at startup option:
